Susan Poirier

Administrator, Dundas Manor Long Term Care Home, Canada

Susan Poirier, BScN, has been a Canadian Registered Nurse for 29 years and has worked for over 10 years in hospital acute care and hemodialysis as a front-line staff RN. In 2006, she began her career in long-term care as the Director of Nursing at Dundas Manor Long-Term Care home in Winchester, Ontario. Envisioning the opportunity to lead the whole team, she became a certified LTC Administrator in 2016 and took on the role of Administrator at Dundas Manor in 2018. She is a proud member of the Canadian Nurses Association LTC Taskforce.
