Hoi Shan Fokeladeh, RN, MScGH, BSN, DTN, is a global health professional with solid international health policy and clinical field work experience in both intergovernmental organisation and civil society. Her past work includes humanitarian policy and guidance for emergency operations and field experience with refugee population in humanitarian sector. Hoi Shan takes a lead on data collection and analysis, tracking and monitoring of COVID-19 related infections and deaths in nurses. She also develops ICN policy on a wide range of subjects including protection and wellbeing of nurses during COVID-19 pandemic, primary health care and patient safety. She collaborates closely with ICRC and other key partners in the Health Care in Danger (HCiD) initiative to safeguard healthcare in conflict and non-conflict settings.
